Project objectives: The project aimed to create a European network of universities and industrial partners in the field of education, research and services. The main objectives were:
1) Defining and updating generic and specific competences relevant to the industrial sector by adapting the “Tuning” methodology, as well as generic and specific competences for the practical stages of student curriculum;
2) Promoting synergies between teaching, learning and research in the European Higher Education structures, both at initial and continuing education levels; in accordance with the current industry labour force, demand for integrating research results in the teaching programmes to stimulate innovative capacity.
